The following procedure has been adopted for the settlement of vehicles seized in the MCD drive
1. Once the vehicle is seized in the MCD drive and handed over to Pineview Technology Private Limited and a challan copy is given to the owner of the vehicle.
2. On the challan copy customer care number +91-8585930930 is given, the customer is required to call on this number for further assistance.
3. Once the call is received between the time 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, it is attended by the customer care executive.
4. The customer is asked to prove his identity and the vehicle's ownership; by way of submitting some documents.
5. The list of documents is communicated.
6. The vehicle scrap value is communicated on the phone.
7. The scrap value is only given to the vehicle's registered owner, not to any other person.
8. The customer care executive assists every caller to make them understand the procedure and follow the same.
